Project Description
Volpis is a Fortran code for source inversion in volcano seismology. The code can be used to retrieve the time-dependent source components (moment tensor and single forces) of volcanic events.
The latest version, Volpis 9, includes estimation of uncertainties for retrieved source components. A detailed description of the version 9 of Volpis code is given in the text file included. Methodological details and synthetic tests are explained in Cesca and Dahm (submitted to Computers and Geosciences).
